Pho Tai in Federal Way

Yakisoba its so good!

Used to come here all the time untill the management changed. I guess a korean guy took over this Vietnamese restaurant. Menu changed with the price $2-$3 higher and quantity is a lot smaller. And they also started adding tip for party of 4 or more but just becareful, the last time I went there they added tip on my credit card eventho the tip was already added on your bill. My suggestion, pay cash! Or go to original Pho tai in Fife, or South center, same menu, same price and quantity.

I love the food and the service. Bubble tea and spring rolls here are so amazing.

The restaurant is great just DONT use doordash! I normally use uber eat but decide to try doordash for the 1st time the app never said anyone picked up my food but I kept seeing different dasher was assigned to picked up my food after waiting 1.5 hours I called the restaurant they said someone already picked up a while ago but I never recieved it they decided to remake my $50 food order great customer service. But screw door dash for wasting all the drivers, small business and my family time and money

Unprofessional. I can't rate their food for I waited to be seated for 15 min. I had several employees just look at me and walk away. And never got seated. I was looking forward to this place. As it was recommended to me.

So good! I love that they are open late. I had the #5 pho, tried the #31 salad bowl (definitely ordering the salad next time) and fried rolls. They all had great flavor. And we ordered bubble tea “milkshakes,” I love them with the coconut jelly.

This is a great place to eat. The food is always good and you can never go wrong with anything on the menu here. The service can be slow at times but this is still a great place to eat. This place is always open real late which is great when you need a place to eat late with family or friends.

food was good but customer service was terrible

Came here for lunch, its quite hipster but staff was friendly and I was seated quickly. I ordered the penang curry which was good, very rich in flavor and delicious with my drink. Price is pretty cheap compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in the area.

I strongly recommend wasting all of your money here. Really nice service and good quick food ALSO THE HOURS ARE FANTASTIC

I like this place is good for your cravings late at night because they're open late. They have good food and lots of choice. Kinda busy sometimes.

Best price and beef pho, to go, around!!! Definitely worth the affordable price!!! Late hours are perfect for late night hunger fits.

My family and I love this food, even the little kids!We almost always order the Pho (very flavorful broth), but we are impressed by the Panang Curry and my husband loves the Banh Mi sandwiches. When in a salad mood, I enjoy the Bun Cha Gio (Noodle Salad with fried spring rolls). Also impressive is how they package the Pho to go. They separate the meat from the noodles and veggies so things don't get soggy.99% of our visits we've been greeted by friendly faces and we've experienced service there beyond our expectations. Environment is clean, furnished with wooden chairs and tables. One thing - there were times we've eaten there it's been uncomfortably chilly inside. The soup helps. 😊

Don't understand how this place has such a good rating. Hair in the food 2 times in one week? Check your plate before digging in. Also ended up grabbing our own silverware and to go containers.

We loved their Vietnamese Yogurt there, and we bought like 10 cups of them each time we visited. However, crew's attitude was extremely rude. Every single time, they kept saying (in Vietnamese) making yogurt as such a hard and annoying work that we FORCED them to do. We felt like we slaved them to do such a work. If so, why dont you stop selling yogurt instead of dragging on about making them? We feel bad that we cannot taste delicious yogurt anymore because the crews make them SMELL horribly bad.

I was never greeted or seated. I had to seat myself and I was not assigned a waiter/waitress. I did not feel comfortable dining in this establishment. I had to go get my own water and had to speak to a manager just to order tea. I hate playing the "race" card but that's what it felt like.

If i could leave bad reviews on customers i would. This place is typical of other asian restaurants i have frequented. The staff here were saints!!!! A couple was seated nearby and already eating. All i heard the whole time was the woman loudly complaining because it appears the staff didn't understand she wanted to also order to go. She was so rude to the staff and stomped back and forth to the front. Her poor partner looked mortified. The staff were polite the entire time she rudely berated several of them. I do wish to thank them, we got dinner AND a show! But as for the food, my meatball pho was fantastic. I will return again and hope the couple returns because watching that woman make a fool of herself was highly entertaining! Bravo staff!

these guys are great fellows, before here everything was fine, and the menu and the service and the atmosphere, but they went further, updated the interior, utensils, the shape of the staff, well done! the food is still delicious, the serve is beautiful and the service is at a high level! be sure to now look more often, continue to please visitors!

They have the best Pho in Federal Way. Excellent customer service.

In house service is 5 star. But there website ordering is beyond messed up I'm allergic to fish and when I request tofu spring rolls they don't even make them. I've had it multiple times where I get fish and i didn't notice till I was 15 miles away. They do honor my purchase and request at a later date if I call but I shouldn't have to do that when I request it on the order notes page.

I went inside, sat at a booth, waited there for at least 7 good minutes, and none of the workers approached me. This was in the morning and there was hardly any customers at the restaurant. It was not busy at all. Two of their waitresses walked right by me and none of them cared to ask if I had been helped yet. I didn't even got a menu in the 7 minutes I spent there.

Amazing food!!! I was on the go so I grabbed it as takeout; everything was organized to preserve the freshness. Reasonably priced as well. I've definitely found another home for Pho.

Food is delicious. Service is quick and dirty, no frills and no niceties. That's either a plus or minus depending on what you're looking for. Try the ox tail pho - it's very good.

Ordered the brisket and meatball pho. When I got my order there were no meatballs. When I told the server she took my bowl and all the cook did was put 3 meatballs in it and sent it back to me. Normally I have no problems with my order.

This was a good for value to food quality experience. I brought a group with me from Japan, Vietnam and Korea, the unanimous decision was, "the food was pretty good, we were also very hungry, it was good to eat." So yea, that about sums it up.

I placed an order for two chicken pho I live in Tacoma I drove all the way home only to find out my order was not complete and I was missing the bean spouts and sauce I called back and they wanted me to dridr from Tacoma to Federal way when I said I would not be driving back she said that she would give me the bags tomorrow if I wanted my money back her policy is that they can only refund one of the meals not both of them I was upset she then hung up on me I called back and was told that they could not help me ******I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN******if I wanted top Roman noodles with both I would have gone to Safeway
